Our customers benefit from local, audited recycling plants for waste electrical equipment. We organise WEEE take-back for commercial and professional applications (B2B waste electrical equipment) throughout Europe. In Germany, we also offer a complete service, coordinating collection of waste electrical equipment from private households (B2C waste electrical equipment) through the National Register for Waste Electrical Equipment (Stiftung EAR). Germany is the only country in Europe that passes the take-back responsibility for B2C electrical appliances on to manufacturers. In Germany, there are no government-approved WEEE compliance schemes and there is no obligation to register with such a scheme.
At our head office, our competent and experienced team takes care of all the administrative work required by the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive. Through our national recycling partners, we have a direct link to the country’s customers. Our partners ensure that all requests and WEEE collection orders are processed in compliance with the law.
